A fantastic opportunity to join Edrington Nordics as our new Consumer Marketing Insights Analyst in Stockholm!
Edrington Nordics is now looking for a new Consumer Marketing Insights Analyst to join our Marketing team in Stockholm. In this position, you will have the ownership for the consumer focus agenda as part of building premium strategies for the Edrington portfolio and 3rd party. You will get to build a deeper understanding of the consumers in Nordic markets through driving the internal consumer focused agenda, local/global research and relevant external sources. As Consumer Marketing Insights Analyst, you provide strategic insights and guidance to both the marketing and commercial team that includes the process for marketing tracking to drive the effectiveness of key initiatives. You will also be collaborating with the Global consumer insights team and external agencies to identify opportunities and digital consumer touchpoints for driving the premium focus as part of brand planning and strategies.
Key job responsibilities for this role:
- Ownership for the consumer focus agenda as part of building premium strategies for the Edrington portfolio and 3rd party.
- Build a deeper understanding of the consumers in Nordic markets through driving the internal consumer focused agenda, local/global research and relevant external sources.
- Collaborate with global and local brands and commercial teams in using the Edrington Consumer Understanding and insights to generate best in class brand planning.
- Own the local quantitative and qualitative consumer insight research, including projects and agency management.
- Gathering and presenting category and consumer trends in Nordic to identify potential growth opportunities for the Edrington Nordics brands.
- Manage and develop the local process for brand tracking including cooperation with Global consumer insights team and external agencies, including reviewing the findings and identify opportunities for driving the premium focus as part of brand planning/ strategies.
- Analyse and interpret the results of primary research along with available secondary data, sharing findings and conclusions with global and local brands and commercial teams to inform decision-making.
- Work with global and local teams to support innovation projects in Nordic markets through all stages of the process from providing stimulus for idea generation and concept testing to monitoring progress post-launch against defined KPIs.
- Responsible for managing the marketing reporting to internal and external brand partners including market data gathering in the Nordic countries, including securing right data sources, analysing information, formatting and sharing/presenting to key stakeholders.
- Responsible for managing external data sources for global sales data, macro information, competitive performance, analysing information, formatting and sharing/ presenting to internal key stakeholders.
- Responsible for developing the digital marketing focus through deeper understating of the consumer journey and development of the strategy for consumer touchpoints as SoMe, E-commerce, Click and collect and own digital platforms.
- Manage and develop the model for marketing tracking, including marketing scorecard, effectiveness of key marketing initiatives and provide guidance on how they can be optimised.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a relevant role and have a relevant degree. You have previously worked with development research, consumer insight, market intelligence, reporting and tracking, or marketing/communications planning – working on projects in Sweden/Nordics and beyond. You have good knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research techniques and experience in analysing, interpreting and presenting results and recommendations. You possess effective influencing and project management skills and you can build strong working relationships with people throughout the business and partner agencies.
