A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Studio Edrington in the role of Community Coordinator. Reporting to the Digital Optimisation Manager, this role will be responsible for engaging with existing and prospective customers through responding to and initiating online conversations, messages and comments across our digital media campaigns for global spirits brands owned by Edrington.
Key responsibilities for this role include: -
- Work with the Studio team to agree and outline effective strategies for online community management
- Adhere to brand standards in all outbound communications and establish best-in-class processes and guidelines for managing engagement with customers online
- Liaise with global and regional brand teams to develop campaign briefs, media plans and target KPIs
- Manage conversations and feedback across all Studio paid & organic social published content
- Manage all inbound messages and emails using native and third-party CRM platforms
- Work closely with the Digital Optimisation Manager to achieve best possible engagement results across all digital media channels
- Assisting with the planning and organising of all our social media calendars with support from the Creative Lead and Digital Optimisation Manager
- Responsible for loading and scheduling all finalised assets into tools such as Facebook Creator Studio; liaise with brand teams to solicit final approvals of all assets as necessary
To be considered for this role you will have experience of engaging with consumers on key social networks (particularly Instagram and Facebook) and the ability to adopt new digital platforms, tools and technologies. You will be proficient in working with spreadsheets, documents and presentations and understand website content management systems.
