- The Senior Sales Manager will lead and oversee the assigned regional sales team and accounts, ensuring seamless customer collaboration and alignment with company objectives through the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- This role involves fostering a high-performance culture, analysing market trends, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives to drive overall business growth.

- Sales Strategy and Market Analysis: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt plans and identify new business opportunities.
- Client Management: Develop and implement client plans, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensure smooth cooperation and achieve business goals.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct customer visits, establish and maintain strong client relationships, and gather shopper/customer insights to foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned area, aligned with overall company objectives. Arrange and coordinate promotions, activities, and brand campaigns in alignment with marketing strategies to maximize impact.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiation on contracts, activations, and in-store cooperation with key stakeholders to achieve mutually business benefit.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with the supply chain to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance activation impact and brand building opportunity.
- Coordinate with regional sales team to maintain cross-channel balance.
- Close working with sales operation & Finance team to ensure resource spending efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and develop assigned regional sales team. Fostering a high-performance culture to achieve sales target.
- Goal Setting: Contribute to setting sales targets and objectives, aligning with the company's overall growth goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, provide feedback, and take corrective actions to optimize results.
- Sales Reporting: Generate and analyse sales reports to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

- Demonstrated success in a sales role, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a sales team.
- Experience in setting and achieving sales objectives, guiding a team toward success.
- Equip with strong data analytic skill and the ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
- Local travel is required to maintain client engagement and support sales activities.
