The Private Client Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role within the marketing team, responsible for cultivating and strengthening long-term relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (HNWI/UHNWI). This role focuses on delivering premium brand experiences through personalized engagement, exclusive events, and tailored communications that reflect the prestige of Edrington’s portfolio. In addition to driving brand affinity and client loyalty, the role is accountable for managing direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales operations and achieving defined commercial targets. The position also requires effective use of customer relationship management tools and strict adherence to data privacy regulations to support business growth and ensure operational excellence.
Make an Impact
1. Client Relationship Management & Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNWIs and UHNWIs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively identify and engage potential clients through networking and targeted recruitment strategies.
2. Event Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Brand Managers, and Brand Ambassadors to conceptualize, plan, and execute premium client-facing events such as private tastings, exclusive dinners, and product launches. Ensure each event aligns with brand values and delivers a memorable experience.
3. Client Communication & Service: Maintain consistent and brand-aligned communication with clients across various channels (e.g., Messenger, LINE, SMS, email). Respond promptly to client and partner inquiries, providing accurate product and pricing information and ensuring a high standard of service.
4. Brand Advocacy & Education: Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for the Edrington portfolio, conducting private tastings and educational sessions to deepen client understanding and appreciation of the brands. Leverage brand assets to deliver personalized and immersive experiences.
5. Sales Operations & Target Achievement: Manage direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales operations, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and margin structures set by regional leadership. Take ownership of achieving defined sales targets and commercial KPIs within the DTC and Prestige product channels. Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement initiatives to drive revenue and profitability.
6. CRM & Data Management: Utilize the Consumer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to manage client profiles, segment audiences, and tailor communications. Ensure accurate data capture and secure handling of client information in compliance with local and global data protection laws.
7. Reporting & Insights: Generate monthly performance reports and ad hoc analyses based on established KPIs. Provide insights into client behavior, engagement trends, and campaign effectiveness to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
8. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all client interactions and data management practices comply with internal policies and external regulations. Maintain the integrity and security of the client database, including timely updates and system uploads (e.g., HubSpot).
Your Talent and Skills
The preferred qualifications for the role are as follows:
• 6+ years working experience preferably in beverages, hospitality, or luxury marketing / retail.
