The role serves as a proactive growth catalyst, leading the translation of brand vision into impactful trade strategies that elevate engagement and accelerate consumer demand. By leveraging deep shopper insights and driving close cross functional collaboration, this position formulates forward looking trade marketing strategies that unlock business opportunities and strengthen market influence. Acting as a strategic connector across departments, the role ensures seamless alignment between brand direction and commercial execution—empowering the organization to deliver superior sales performance, enhance channel competitiveness, and capture sustainable growth.
Make an Impact
- Proactively leverage consumer research, shopper insights, and retail data to uncover growth drivers, identify untapped opportunities, and fuel strategic decision making.
- Maintain a sharp understanding of channel dynamics through continuous market intelligence gathering, regular trade visits, and strong cross channel collaboration to anticipate needs and shape forward looking actions.
- Lead the development of annual trade activation strategies and ensure disciplined budget management to maximize ROI while supporting sustainable business growth.
- Craft compelling sales presenters and communication toolkits that equip commercial teams with clear, impactful narratives to drive stronger engagement with trade partners.
- Continuously evaluate trade marketing investments, applying analytical rigor to enhance spending efficiency and guide smarter allocation of resources.
- Design and deliver tailored, channel specific trade programs with impeccable execution—ensuring superior competitiveness, distinct shopper impact, and seamless alignment with brand direction.
- Build diverse, high engagement trade programs that strengthen advocacy, deepen partnerships, and elevate brand presence across priority channels.
- Partner with cross functional teams to support new product launches, shaping trade activation strategies that amplify launch visibility, consumer recruitment, and sales conversion.
- Act as a strategic liaison between Sales and Marketing, championing clear communication and enabling efficient, aligned execution that accelerates commercial performance.
- Translate brand strategies into high impact physical trade execution, ensuring consistent consumer experience and maximizing conversion at every key touchpoint.
Your Talent and Skills
- Proficient knowledge of Trade Marketing with at least 5 years working experience in Trade Marketing function.
- High level of presentation skills.
- Good at numbers and data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 5 years people manager experience.
- Previous exposure in sales function is a plus.
