Embrace Excellence
- To partner with Marketing Manager in shaping and delivering brand strategies and action plans for the Taiwan market, while taking ownership for execution excellence, brand performance, and profitability outcomes.
- To own and manage brand marketing communications (ATL/BTL), consumer activations, and overall portfolio initiatives, ensuring consistent brand building and growth.

Make an Impact
Brand Strategy & & Business Performance Ownership (Taiwan)
- Partner closely with the Marketing Manager to translate global and regional brand strategies into clear, actionable, and locally relevant plans for the Taiwan market.
- Take ownership of day-to-day execution excellence, ensuring brand initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed objectives and brand standards.
- Support delivery of brand performance and profitability outcomes, including contribution to volume, value growth, premiumisation, and long-term brand equity.
- Monitor and analyse brand performance KPIs (e.g. sales trends, campaign effectiveness, brand health metrics), providing insights and recommendations to optimise future strategies.
- Actively contribute to annual brand planning, A&P forecasting, and post-campaign evaluations to drive continuous improvement and learning.
Competitor Analysis
- To update and maintain a comprehensive marketing information database by gathering market intelligence and competitor insights, including activities, pricing, portfolio, communication strategies, launches, and consumer engagement initiatives.
- To provide regular, concise reporting to the Marketing Manager with clear implications and recommended counteractions to support timely decision‑making, campaign optimization, and future brand planning.
Integrated Brand Communications & Consumer Activation Leadership
- Own and manage brand marketing communication and execution across ATL & BTL, and PR initiative. Liaise with creative, media, digital, PR and event agencies as appropriate, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.
- Drive consumer-centric activations that strengthen brand desirability, advocacy, and engagement, in line with luxury brand codes and local market insights.
- Ensure all brand activities are compliant with internal governance standards (e.g. SoDA), legal requirements, and responsible marketing guidelines
- To manage and track A&P expenditure, tracking commitments closely to ensure cost efficiency, financial discipline, and delivery against agreed scorecard targets.
Agency & Partner Management
- Act as the key day-to-day point of contact for creative, PR, media, event, and other appointed agencies, ensuring clear briefing, alignment, and quality output.
- Participate in agency evaluations, negotiations, and performance reviews, with a focus on optimising ROI and building strong, collaborative partnerships.
- Coordinate effectively with external partners to deliver campaigns that meet both strategic intent and executional excellence.
Cross Function & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Commercial/Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital, and Brand Ambassador teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with Global and Regional teams to localize toolkits and activations, balancing global consistency with local relevance and market opportunity.
- Contribute positively to team culture by sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and demonstrating strong ownership and accountability
Your Talent and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing or product management.
- Solid brand marketing experience with a good understanding of trade marketing; luxury and agency experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical ability with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, with a positive working attitude and a strong self-learning mindset.
- Experience in product launches and agency management, including working with media, creative, event, and PR agencies, as well as design houses.
