-    To formulate the Company's trade marketing strategies & policies and ensure sales growth with tailored channel shopper marketing solutions based on keen market insights and analysis. 
-    To create excellent shopper experience in retail shops via translating brand strategies to build and implement impactful instore visibility, trade education, drive advocacy and shopper communication program.

Make an Impact

-    Collaborate closely with brand and sales teams to design and implement initiatives or activations that effectively convey brand strategy and enhance product rotation.
-    Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, field feedback, market research, and channel data to identify opportunities and develop targeted shopper and trade partner activation programs.
-    Responsible for assigned project trade spending, regularly evaluating program effectiveness and ROI, while consistently seeking areas for improvement.
-    Support assigned execution of trade marketing projects including coordinating with vendors and the sales team.
-    Manage routine trade marketing tasks, such as vendor book-building, file maintenance, payment processing, activity tracking, procurement process follow-up, and handling ad hoc assignments as needed.
-    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and trade partners.

Your Talent and Skills

-    Fluent in English
-    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-    Proficient knowledge of Trade Marketing or senior sales background
-    Good interpersonal skills
-    Logically thinking and multi-tasking
-    Able to work under pressure, complete delivery tasks on time, and adapt to the constantly changing environment
