Your Talent and Skills
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings experience from a customer service or supply chain role—ideally within FMCG. Ideally you’ll have a relevant further education qualification and you must be confident using MS Excel, along with the wider Microsoft Office suite. Experience with ERP or order processing systems would be a strong advantage, as would an understanding of supply chain processes and product exports. Just as importantly, you’ll be a strong communicator with a customer-first mindset, highly organised, and able to build trust and lasting relationship across different cultures. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively in diverse teams where everyone’s contributions are valued, while also being self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable managing your own workload in a hybrid working environment.
We’ve put together some criteria that we think is important for this role, but don’t worry if your experience and expertise isn’t an exact match. If you feel that you can add value to our role and to Edrington more broadly, we would welcome your application and be eager to learn more about you.
