Embrace Excellence
The main purpose of the role is to provide business support & analysis for the relevant companies, including all aspects of budgeting and forecasting as well as financial reporting, analysis & advising on a daily, monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis. The role holder will act as business partner for the commercial colleagues in the relevant companies.
Make an Impact
- Responsible for the monthly closure activities ensuring the in-depth understanding and analysis of P&L, BS & CF of relevant companies, including but not limited to:
- Month-end & YE accrual control
- Key reports as underlined in the monthly task list
- Assume a key role in the extensive budget, forecasting and AOP planning activities of relevant companies including but not limited to the preparation, review/analysis & consolidation of planning files, alignments with line manager, CMs, FD & MD and Planning Analytics reporting.
- Monthly follow-up and analysis of BB A&P spend, aligning with & challenging budget holders, understanding key R&Os & changes in the current and upcoming planning cycles.
- Take the lead in the preparation of business reviews for relevant brand owners (ex.: QBRs, Strategic Plans, Key Meetings, etc.).
- Ensure the complete understanding of the link between local & global P&L of relevant companies.
- Assume a leading role in building & challenging business cases as well as Ad-Hoc requests from a finance perspective ensuring high quality results in line with the company’s vision.
- Proactively & dynamically support other functions ensuring high standards of the business performance deliverables in the Nordic region.

Your Talent and Skills
To succeed in this role, you have a a degree in Finance or Accounting, coupled with robust technical competence and a deep understanding of accounting rules. You should be adept at navigating complex financial scenarios, and experience in the FMCG industry would be a valuable asset. Strong system and reporting skills, particularly in Power BI, SAP, BI, and Planning Analytics, are essential, along with advanced Excel proficiency. Fluency in English and excellent communication skills are crucial for working cross-functionally within the organisation. You will bring commercial acumen, a highly motivated and proactive approach, and an analytical mindset. You are capable of actively supporting business change, demonstrating strong organisational abilities, and leveraging your interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and drive success.
