Are you an inspiring and passionate storyteller with a love for premium spirits? We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic individual to become the face of the Brugal brand across our markets. As a Brand Ambassador, you will have the exciting opportunity to captivate media, consumers, and trade audiences, embodying the Brugal brand values and delivering unforgettable experiences.

 

The role will be responsible for recruiting new consumers, trade and key stakeholders into the brand through unique and impactful experiences that deliver our brand proposition. Always ensuring executional excellence and outstanding quality at all touchpoints. The person will work proactively to establish strong relationships with key trade accounts, identifies ways to engage with the trade through various activation mechanisms aligned with strategy, budget and brand guidelines.

Make an Impact

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Connect with consumers by powerfully sharing brand story through bringing out the best at consumer and trade events.
  • Elevate Brugal to be front of mind amongst key internal stakeholders, trade and consumers educating them on brands rich story and compelling brand proposition.
  • Build brand advocacy within influential On Trade accounts, implementing volume driving initiatives to ensure Rate of Sale (ROS) and top of mind awareness among the bar staff.
  • Build relationship and trust of key decision makers (e.g., beverage/bar managers and leading bar staff).
  • Plan, implement and manage brand activations/ consumer events with a high-quality standard in line with brand/guidelines, strategy, and objectives - review and evaluate activations and outcome/ROI.
  • Regular updates to local marketing and commercial teams on the brands performance in the On Trade and recommend/adopt changes as required.
  • Introduce and host education and trainings around existing portfolio and prestige releases
  • The role will also represent other brands within the portfolio as required e.g. No3 Gin

Your Talent and Skills

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional storytelling skills, bringing brand narratives to life in a captivating way. With experience working alongside luxury brands and engaging their clientele, they are also well-connected within influencer communities across key regions. Recent experience in a similar role within the drinks industry, particularly in commercial, sales, or brand ambassadorship, is essential, as is a strong customer-oriented mindset, emphasizing network building and long-term relationship development. Quality-driven with a high standard of service, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities, this candidate is a motivated self-starter with an outgoing, proactive approach. They are a creative, collaborative team player unafraid to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion. Additionally, their experience in brand activations or event management, combined with tactful communication skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks independently, will be instrumental in achieving success in this role.

 

Due to global nature of our business, fluent in English and Swedish is strongly desired for this role. A full drivers licence is also required.
