The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. This role supports the broader supply chain strategy through data-driven insights, continuous process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. It is designed to evolve with the business, offering opportunities to grow into broader supply chain planning, analytics, and operational excellence roles.

Make an Impact

Customer Service & Order Fulfilment

  • Manage customer orders across APAC markets, ensuring accurate and timely processing from order entry to invoicing
  • Coordinate with 3PL providers, commercial teams, finance, marketing, and global supply chain to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issue resolution, and service excellence
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and allocation performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet business objectives

Supply Chain Operations & Collaboration

  • Partner with regional and global supply chain teams to support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service levelsChallenge assumptions around stock levels, supply requirements and changes to phasing of orders as appropriate to support the business in managing an efficient supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and internal control requirements
  • Foster relationships with our partners and key stakeholders as part of Collaborative Business Planning (CBP)
  • Provide valuable input to CBP meetings and play a leading role in the CBP process
  • Support month-end reconciliation processes for inventory and sales

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs, improve service, and enhance system efficiency
  • Contribute to the business reporting cycle with accurate and timely data
  • Support the development and implementation of supply chain KPIs and dashboards

Your Talent and Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer service or supply chain operations, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with SAP, Incoterms, and export documentation is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
