Embrace Excellence

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Senior Operations Executive is responsible for:

• 3PL performance management
• Lead Reworks & Sub-contracting Operations
• Regional coordinator for EPCR & POSM procurement process for APAC
• Manage logistics & warehouse operations while advance efficiency of the supply chain
• Job requires the candidate to work in third party warehouse on regular basis
• Regional champion for Quality

Make an Impact

• Host regular performance meetings with 3PL and other departments in Supply Chain
• Report KPIs against contracted agreements; ensure our partners are delivering against agreed SLA/KPI
• 3PL invoice management
• Inventory management; lead monthly stock reconciliation/cycle count/annual stock take.
• Manage inbound shipments
• Facilitate EPCR & POSM procurement process for APAC region
• Key contact person for 3PL on Ecommerce, Direct-To-Consumer, Macallan boutique related activities (stock replenishment/reconciliation)
• Own and lead the reworks and co packing process; dry goods replenishment for reworks
• Master Data (SKU) creation and maintenance for co-packing product
• Support Supply Chain Manager in driving Regional Championship for Quality
• Work with the quality team to ensure all quality standards are met
• Coordinate and arrange dry material from UK quality team for stock recovery
• Lead/participate in systems improvement projects
• Drive for continuous improvements (identify and deliver opportunities to drive efficiency and effectiveness, eg. data collection/analysis)
• Own in market operational sustainability initiatives

Your Talent and Skills

• More than 5 years working experience in supply chain or logistics in MNC, with good business acumen
• Experienced in driving cross functional coordination, project management
• A team player, experienced in cross cultural and cross functional communications
• Experience of managing 3PL subcontracting team, RFQ process, annual stock take
• System friendly, Experience in SAP implementation/system improvement is a plus
• Analysis and problem-solving skills
• Self-initiated Learner
