Embrace Excellence

The Marketing Executive, SEAPAC, supports the Marketing Manager in driving acceleration across the SEAPAC region, with a particular focus on accelerating power growth in Australia and other key markets. The role also contributes to the continued development and growth of the Estate Brands portfolio across SEAPAC. Working across multiple brands including The Macallan, The Glenrothes, Highland Park and No.3 Gin, the role provides marketing coordination and operational support to ensure the effective delivery of cluster marketing plans, product launches, consumer activations and trade programmes.

 

Make an Impact

AU/NZ/PH Cluster Marketing Execution Coordination – 60%

Brand Activation & Execution Support

  • Coordinate local POSM production, inventory management and deployment for trade activations and customer programmes.
  • Support key regional brand activations (e.g. In the Studio, Festive Pop-up, product launches and experiential events) through coordination of logistics, brand education materials, tasting stock and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate Media and KOL content shoots across multiple agencies, including stock allocation, logistics and production requirements.
  • Coordinate whisky sample requests, marketing collateral and distributor support materials to ensure execution readiness.

Trade Marketing Campaign & Project Coordination

  • Support the execution of marketing activities across Australia, Philippines and New Zealand.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, product launch materials and marketing toolkits with distributors, agencies and internal stakeholder.
  • Assist with maintaining AU/PH marketing calendars, project trackers and campaign timelines to ensure activities are delivered on schedule.
  • Consolidate regional marketing updates, campaign status and execution progress across multiple markets.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports and KPI tracking for internal and global stakeholders.

Estate Brand SEAPAC Support

  • Coordinate whisky maker visits, regional brand programmes and logistic arrangements for Estate Brand activities including the TGR 51 kintsugi arrangement etc.
  • Support selected Estate Brand activations and consumer experiences in Singapore, including logistics, RSVP management, stock coordination and on-site operational support where required

SEAPAC Marketing Operations & Budget Administration (Primary Responsibility) – 30%

  • Coordinate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) across Australia, the Philippines and Singapore (Estimated 100+ request per month), ensuring timely processing and compliance with internal procurement processes.
  • Maintain regional A&P budget trackers, monitor marketing spend and support monthly budget reconciliation and accrual submissions.
  • Verify supplier invoices against completed deliverables and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payment.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing budgets, contracts and vendor documentation to support governance and financial reporting.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with budget tracking, financial reporting and day-to-day marketing operations across regional markets.

Marketing Administration & Logistics – 10%

  • Coordinate courier services and shipment of marketing materials and whisky samples across the region.
    Maintain inventory of POSM and marketing assets.
  • Support team meetings, documentation and general administrative activities.
  • Assist with ad hoc regional marketing projects as required
  • Support the administration of selling cost (SC) budgets and processes across the Cluster Markets.

Your Talent and Skills

  • Experience in a marketing, brand, or commercial marketing role, preferably within FMCG, luxury, or consumer goods industries.
  • Academic background in Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communication/ Digital Marketing
  • Ability to work independently with minimal coaching
  • Strong interest & awareness of consumer trend, brand marketing, digital & social trend
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
