Embrace Excellence

This role supports treasury operations and master data governance for Edrington Singapore Pte Ltd, ensuring accurate execution of cash and bank activities, compliance with the Group Cash Strategy, and strong control discipline. It is also responsible for timely and accurate maintenance of vendor and customer master data, ensuring compliance with KY3P requirements and supporting operational efficiency.

Make an Impact

  • Support day-to-day treasury operations across cash and bank activities
  • Perform daily cash management activities including cash reporting, payments, FX settlements and funding support
  • Assist with cashflow forecasting and liquidity monitoring
  • Support working capital management, including customer/vendor maintenance and monthly treasury reporting
  • Assist in reviewing cash pooling and intercompany balances where applicable
  • Support banking activities including bank account opening/closure, authorised signatory updates and KYC documentation
  • Maintain proper records and documentation for all treasury transactions
  • Perform timely and accurate creation and maintenance of vendor and customer master data in SAP
  • Ensure compliance with master data processes, including due diligence screening using NAVEX
  • Support reconciliation between NAVEX and SAP and follow up on any discrepancies
  • Liaise with Company Secretary to prepare statutory documentation in time for annual filing as require

Your Talent and Skills

  • Degree/Diploma in Accountancy
  • Experience in Accounting, and/or Treasury, preferably with MNC exposure from Consumer Goods / FMCG industries
  • SAP experience will be an added advantage
  • Able to work independently in a matrix business environment and manage tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skill, team player, meticulous and fast learner
