Position Summary

Reporting to the Team Leader, Customer Service, the Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing the order to cash process, building an effective customer relationship management and ensuring a strong collaboration with customers, 3PL, internal stake holders (Commercial / Finance / Marketing / Global Supply Chain) and UK supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods and smooth operation.

Job Description

  • Execute Customer Order Management for APAC customers.
  • Execute and manage order to cash (invoicing) transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate and provide support to customers with 3PL and internal stakeholders (Commercial / Finance / Marketing / Global Supply Chain)
  • Co-ordinate with business partners and customers to ensure on-time full delivery.
  • Ensure smooth month-end financial reconciliation process on inventory and sales activity by the 1st working day of each month.

Skills and Experience

  • Min. Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of customer order/supply chain management experience, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment.
  • Strong customer service focus with positive mindset.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, coupled with good communication skills with the ability to work well with all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and yet collaborate and contribute as a team player.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office/ SAP/ Incoterms/ Export documentation would be an added advantage.
