Embrace Excellence

Reporting to the Customer Service & Demand Planning Manager, the Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing the order to cash process, building an effective customer relationship management and ensuring a strong collaboration with customers, 3PL, internal stake holders (Commercial / Finance / Marketing / Global Supply Chain) and UK supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods and smooth operation.

Make an Impact

  • Execute Customer Order Management for APAC customers.
  • Execute and manage order to cash (invoicing) transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate and provide support to customers with 3PL and internal stakeholders (commercial / finance / marketing / global supply).
  • Co-ordinate with business partners and customers to ensure on-time full delivery.
  • Ensure smooth month-end financial reconciliation process on inventory and sales activity by the 1st working day of each month.
  • Support business objectives; deliver high level service and performance.
  • Ensure process execution is in compliant with audit and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support cost reduction and/or process improvement initiatives.
  • Support business reporting cycle.

Your Talent and Skills

  • Min. Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent.
  • Customer order/supply chain management experience, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment.
  • Strong customer service focus with positive mindset.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, coupled with good communication skills with the ability to work well with all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and yet collaborate and contribute as a team player.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office/ SAP/ Incoterms/ Export documentation would be an added advantage.
