Position Summary

Under the guidance and supervision of the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to manage accounts assigned and secure sustainable growth in revenue and profit, while ensuring investments are kept within given budget.

Job Description

  • Canvassing for sales and account servicing for Singapore market, focusing on Modern-On-Trade (MOT) channels – Bars, Bistro, Pubs, Dance Clubs, etc.
  • Supports Sales Manager with the business unit monthly sales performance reporting and promotion calendar.
  • Liaising with the Marketing team to implement Below-The-Line (BTL) consumer promotions across MOT channel.
  • Devise annual sales plan, outlet segmentation and sales strategies.
  • Penetrate and secure new accounts/contracts to grow sales revenue.
  • Review and evaluate sales programme and activities for effectiveness and efficiency. Make necessary recommendations needed to improve performance.
  • Regular updates to the Singapore Marketing team and wider commercial team on competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Daily sales call report on day-to-day business engagements with trade customers via Sales Force app.
  • Assist Sales Manager to develop new business channel for sales opportunities, e.g. Catering business, Camps/Campus.
  • Achieve individual sales targets across all brands for the Financial Year and supports the Singapore domestic business to achieve overall target

Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Energetic, confident, self-motivated and ability to handle multiple / diverse tasks.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills; ability to adapt to change.
  • Possess sound project management capabilities with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
