Position Summary

Under the guidance of eCommerce & CRM Manager, this role is expected to execute and refine multi-channel Consumer Relation programmes aligned to brand strategies and secure (1) brand reach to current and potential direct consumers, (2) support on-ground brand communications via CRM channels, (3) assist in sustainable growth in revenue and profit and (4) responsible for managing the Edrington consumer database (Hubspot).

The CRM Executive should have a good understanding on creating dashboards and reports, analyse consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional and demographic data / trends / characteristics via Hubspot system and propose relevant marketing programme through multiple communication with supporting the vision of growing direct consumer loyalty and reach.

Job Description

  • Custodian of database (HubSpot) and management and maintenance of consumer data to ensure data integrity.
  • Apply CRM system (Hubspot) to be able to invite targeted clients for any marketing communications, promotion, eDM and event invite.
  • Works with the Marketing Manager and Relationship Manager to ensure specific targeting of Tier 3 and 4 clients for communications.
  • Analyse performance of campaigns to provide concrete learnings and recommendations for future activations.
  • Interpret data to gain deeper understanding of consumers to develop the right consumer journeys, communication and targeted sales.
  • Ensures the systematic tiering is operating effectively and uses data reporting to recommend to Head of Marketing / PCRM the system nomination of Tier 1 and 2 customers.
  • Conduct DTC event follow up, analyses and generate consumer interest and feedback to identify area for improvement or best practice implementation.
  • Share new and emerging CRM best practices across the business in order to give the business a competitive edge over competition in consumer acquisition.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in data analytics in a marketing or campaign management capacity.
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Quantitative field, such as Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Business Management, or Marketing.
  • Experience in working with SQL or other relational databases.
  • Strong initiative plus strong follow-up ability a must.
  • Must be a confident communicator and presenter.
  • Strong analytical skill and ability to adapt to change. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of current trends in luxury lifestyle and prestige consumer goods highly preferred.
