Position Summary

To assist in planning and organising a variety of trade activations and brand events, ensuring the target audience is properly engaged and the message of the event is delivered in line with brand strategies. The role involves working as part of a team and being responsible for event activation from the planning stage, right through to running the event and delivering post-event evaluation including ROI analysis.

Job Description

  • Work with Marketing and Commercial team to develop and implement best in-class strategic trade visibility across all Macallan on/off premise accounts and Raffles boutique, in accordance with global brand guidelines.
  • Responsible for NPD launches through animation/planograms, for Raffles boutique in-store visibility and timely roll-out for on/off trade premises.
  • Collaborate and provides guidance to commercial team to ensure excellent brand representation and deployment of marketing tools e.g brand guidelines, product sell sheets, promotion collaterals, curated collections, POSMs
  • Liaise with the SEA-PAC digital marketing team to apply digital /social media capabilities and amplification for all trade activations.
  • Support the Marketing team on brand building activation for The Macallan within Singapore.
  • Management of post-campaign, competitors and monthly performance reports on behalf of the Singapore Marketing team. 

Skills and Experience

  • At least a Degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Min. 2 - 4 years of trade marketing or category experience in spirit/alcohol industry.
  • Experienced in agency management including event, design and project agencies, and external vendors.
  • Good presentation skill with good knowledge on PowerPoint, Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Team player with the ability to work with many stakeholders.
  • Initiative, positive working attitude and self-learning mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
