Position Summary

This role is responsible for collect and upload PCRM, wholesalers’ forecast/budget/LE, cooperate with commercial team to alert the potential risk and opportunities.

Cooperate with operation team and procurement team to consolidate inbound and VAS schedule, especially for NPD SKU, to provide final supply plan and share with commercial teams regularly.

Job Description

  • Demand Planning:
  1. Forecast collection from B2B channel and upload forecast in APO in time.
  2. Weekly CVC creation and alert tracking in APO
  3. Master data and system setting maintain both in SAP and APO
  4. Shipment and VAS monitor to ensure B2B sales plan achievement, any delay or risk will reminder B2B sales.
  5. Keep tracking new products first arrival date, find the potential risk of launch activity.
  6. Based on Budget/LE/forecast/inbound and so on to analysis the potential risk and opportunity of B2B channel.

 

  • Reports:
  1. Provide daily sales volume report, 100% accuracy and on time
  2. Inventory reconsolidation every day, ensure products inventory 100% accuracy
  3. Key products rolling forecast weekly update

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role you will have a versatile personality with a highly developed interpersonal skillset. You will also have the following core capabilities:

  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken & written)
  • 3 years and above experience in supply chain
  • 1-2 years and above experience in demand planning or data analysis
  • Strong data analysis and be sensitive to number, strong logical thinking ability
  • Familiar with SAP, APO, BI
  • Proficient in Excel, PPT
  • Cross-departmental communication ability
