The eCommerce Operations Supervisor of China is responsible for executing daily operations supporting our eCommerce business in China.
Our eCommerce business is comprised of both eBoutique and shop-in-shop operations on major eCommerce platforms including Tmall & JD. This position will need to work closely with our TP, supply chain and finance partners. The eCommerce business is poised for strong year on year growth and will be expanding in both brands and channels.
Success is measured by the delivery of our eCommerce sales targets, but also in operational efficiency and customer experience. The role reports to the Head of eCommerce.
Make an Impact
- Work with TP to manage online business and achieve business target. Optimization on the daily operation to secure the best-in-class luxurious experience.
- Daily store operation analysis, identify risk and propose specific solution and take actions.
- Week/Month operation data analysis, summarize and improvement proposal
- Oversee customer service function (outsourced at TP) on pre-sales and post-sales enquiries
- Monthly reconciliation between product purchasing and platform operating expenses
- Coordination with supply chain, finance, TP and 3PL on eCommerce operations
- Tracking and replenishment of packaging materials with logistics and procurement.
- eCommerce spending monthly tracking and handles PO creation and processing.
Your Talent and Skills
- 4 years+ in eCommerce operations. specifically, TM/JD/WeChat mini program.
- Experience working with supply chain partners including 3PL and courier partners.
- Knowledge and ability to plan sales and inventory according to eCommerce seasonality and brand new product launches and campaigns.
- Hands-on experience at eCommerce TP preferred.
- Proficient in both written and oral English.
