Position Summary

The eCommerce Key Account Manager of China is the key business owner of two flagship stores on Tmall. One is The Macallan FSS, the other is Edrington FFS. He/she is responsible for delivering online store sales target for both Macallan and Malts brand (Highland Park, Naked Malts…).

 

Success is measured by the delivery of our eCommerce sales targets, but also in channel relationship and operational efficiency.  The role reports to the Head of eCommerce. 

Job Description

  • Responsible for Tmall channel sales achievement and results.
      1. Whole year Inventory planning for channel and sales plan for daily sales, especially monitor must win products sales performance and key products through ballot sale.
      1. Tmall key index performance tracking and review.
      2. Plan Tmall 618, 11.11, CNY, etc S level campaign period sales plan and obtain free resources that match with sales scale. Connect with Alimama side to ensure the proper campaign resource packages are being purchased on time, well execute and review accordingly.
  • Build relationship with Industry "小二", understand industry trend and strategy. Obtain free resources on a regular basis or A level campaign period to support the sales target achievement.
  • Traffic management. Create and drive online channels traffic to meet annual growth target with improved conversion rate and ROI.
  • TP/Agency management to ensure the daily operation. Regular review and keep improving their service level following the brand expectation.
  • Skilled in utilize the Tmall backend data tracking platform. Review business status and forecast on weekly basis.
  • In charge of Edrington flagship store sales/promotion plan and mechanism.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years sales or marketing experience, eCommerce related experience is preferred.
  • Strategic thinking and business development experience.
  • Good business analytical skills and profitability analysis.
  • Knowledge and ability to plan sales and inventory according to eCommerce seasonality and brand new product launches and campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience at eCommerce TP preferred.
