Embrace Excellence
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Senior Operation Excellence Manager plays a pivotal role in driving commercial transformation and operational excellence across all key commercial functions. This strategic role will act as the PMO, project management officer, for critical commercial projects, oversee trade marketing and sales operation functions and lead commercial intelligence efforts.
The role is instrumental in shaping and executing commercial strategies that unlock sustainable growth, seize emerging market opportunities, and reinforce the company’s long-term competitive advantage.
Make an Impact
1. Strategic Project Officer (PMO):
- Lead and govern high-impact commercial projects, including new channel development, e.g., O2O, NKA, and route-to-market optimization.
2. Commercial Intelligence & Analysis:
- Own the commercial analytics agenda, delivering actionable insights on market trends, monitor trade execution quality and all commercial performance metrics.
3. Trade activation management and initiative:
- Support the trade marketing function to Initiate and develop breakthrough trade marketing strategies that enhance ATL and BTL synergy to maximize trade program impact.
4. Sales Operations Optimization: Assist the management team in business forecasting, budget control and trade execution performance tracking and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Your Talent and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will have a versatile personality with a highly developed interpersonal skillset. You will also have the following core capabilities:
- Proven leadership in commercial excellence, with 7+ years of experience in project management, Trade Marketing, and Sales Operations within consumer goods.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Strong commercial analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data to inform strategic decision-making.
