Position Summary

 Responsible for general Ledger, daily maintenance of SAP, taxation, prepayment, and accrual review and tracking, and helping accounting manager in various reports, audit preparing, etc.

Job Description

  • G/L booking in SAP, reconciliation of group and local reports, and making adjustments. 
  • Various prepayment and accrual tracking
  • Various tax matters, annual tax returns, non-trade withholding tax payments, etc.
  • Maintain the good working relationship with local tax officer. 
  • Be aware of updated tax information and regulation
  • Help the accounting manager doing the tax planning and forecasting.
  • Assisting the accounting manager on matters to continuously improve internal compliance and governance.
  • Assisting the accounting manager on audit.
  • SAP system testing and daily maintenance.
  • As a supervisor to coordinate GL accounting job contents after joining the company six months.
  • Overall review all the balance sheet and PL account to ensure all the entries is reasonable and reliable.
  • Assist the accounting manager in preparing various reports and another ad-hoc workload.

Skills and Experience

•              Bachelor degree, at least 5 years G/L accountant experience

•              Experience in tax matters and non-trade withholding payment

•              Experience in using SAP system

•              Good computer skill and office tool skill

•             Basic English communication skill
