Support Shanghai Office administration work.

Make an Impact

  1. Provide quality and efficient service to internal and external customers.

 

  1. Ensure the billing and payment are correct and on-time.

 

  1. Travel support to China colleagues while working with FCM (global travel agent)

 

  1. Manage Shanghai office administration.

 

  1. Follow up the lease contracts for offices of the branch company located in different cities.

 

  1. Support admin manager on Global/APAC team visit arrangements.

 

  1. Review contracts with admin vendors yearly.

 

  1. Responsibility of support for employee events including but not limited to monthly birthday party, daily afternoon tea, family day, Christmas party, townhall meeting, Giving more per request.

 

  1. Ensure all the office commodities & stationery are in stock.

 

  1. Coordinate office renovation project with all parties and follow up payment.

 

  1. Petty cash management and reimbursement on time.

 

  1. Train the admin intern and manage her daily work

 

  1. Necessary support to HR Dept & Other tasks assigned by line manager.
  • New employee on broad (building access, seat, welcome flower, business card, office stationery)
  • Other tasks per request

Your Talent and Skills

  1. College Degree or above.
  2. Passion and positive, creative and proactive.
  3. Good oral and written English skill.
  4. Good at “Office” software (Word, Excel, etc.).
  5. Careful and patient; good communication and coordinating skills.
  6. High responsible, organized, and multi-task person.
  7. At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in admin job.
  8. Have good teamwork spirit and good ability to solve the problems.
