Embrace Excellence
Part of the Emerging Europe, Middle East, Africa and India (EEMEAI) regional Finance team, reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, based in Cyprus. This role supports all aspects of governance, financial planning, reporting and decision support for the region. This role requires effective business partnering with the wider organisation, ensuring the operational and brand financial strategies are delivered.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing the financial control and governance of EMEA and EAL legal entities based in Cyprus, Dubai and South Africa, which requires that the role works closely with the finance teams based in the UK, as well as the other functions across the region. The role manages a team of nine based in Cyprus, South Africa and UK.
Make an Impact
- Strategic Finance Leadership: Partner with the Director of Finance & Operations, Regional Managing Director, and EEMEAI leadership team to develop and deliver the regional business strategy, co-owning the 3-year plan, Annual Operating Plan, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews to drive profitable growth and informed decision-making.
- Financial Performance & Commercial Support: Lead financial planning, reporting, cash flow management, investment appraisal, pricing governance, and commercial performance analysis to maximise profitability, optimise ROI, and support effective business and customer decision-making.
- Governance, Risk & Financial Control: Oversee financial risk management, internal controls, accounting compliance, credit and cash management, audit requirements, and key relationships with Group Finance, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and governance standards.
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring effective delivery of priorities, strong stakeholder collaboration, clear process ownership, and alignment across the wider finance function.
