Embrace Excellence

Reporting to the FPA Manager, EEMEAI, this role will provide key financial analysis and decision support to Group, business unit and regional teams.   This role will support all core financial planning and reporting processes for the region, including monthly KPI’s, pricing, profitability and brand investment analysis.

Make an Impact

  • Support delivery of the EEMEAI business strategy by partnering closely with the FP&A Manager and providing strong financial leadership.
  • Lead, coach and develop key stakeholders to ensure Finance processes are well‑understood and effectively managed.
  • Analyse and verify financial information across Sales & Marketing, including profitability, customer/brand performance and ROI.
  • Consolidate, review and audit financial data from in‑market partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
  • Partner with Commercial, Sales and Marketing teams to shape market strategies, business cases and customer account plans.
  • Provide clear financial insights through user‑friendly reporting, presentations and market analysis.
  • Manage pricing and mix processes, including value‑chain analysis, pricing tools, annual price agreements and system updates.
  • Lead budget, forecast and O&R cycles by gathering assumptions, consolidating data and delivering variance analysis.
  • Support Sales & Marketing with financial processes, collaborating closely with Data Analytics and Group functions (Tax, Treasury, Reporting).
  • Complete key month‑end tasks, maintain Sales & Marketing agreement archives and ensure correct SODA application.

Your Talent and Skills

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent with a professional finance qualification and post-qualifying experience commensurate with this level of role.  Experience of problem solving and evidence of addressing problems with solutions is vital, as is a pro-active approach to thinking about issues before they materialise. The ability and confidence to present to senior leaders is essential, whilst strong IT skills relevant to role are desirable, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint and planning and reporting systems.
