Embrace Excellence

The Regional Commercial Director plays a critical role in driving growth, profitability and long-term brand value across Edrington's luxury portfolio. Working closely with distributor leadership and key internal stakeholders, you will develop and execute commercial strategies that accelerate business performance, strengthen market presence and support the continued growth of iconic brands including The Macallan, Highland Park, Brugal, The Glenrothes and No.3 Gin.  

Collaborating across Commercial, Trade Marketing and Finance teams, you will lead territory planning and execution, delivering against annual business objectives while growing market share, enhancing brand equity and unlocking new opportunities for sustainable growth.

Make an Impact

You will lead the commercial agenda across your territory by:

  • Developing and executing commercial strategies that drive sustainable growth, market share and long-term brand value.
  • Building strong distributor partnerships and influencing execution through collaboration with senior distributor leadership teams.
  • Championing the growth of Edrington's luxury and super-premium portfolio through best-in-class commercial execution and brand stewardship.
  • Delivering territory performance targets across revenue, profit, depletion, distribution and brand health measures.
  • Partnering with Trade Marketing, Commercial Finance and Operations teams to deliver integrated business plans and commercial priorities.
  • Identifying new growth opportunities and maximising route-to-market, e-commerce and distribution effectiveness.
  • Driving market activation programmes and consumer engagement initiatives that build brand equity and commercial results.
  • Leading pricing, allocation and portfolio management strategies to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Coaching and developing high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.  
  • Using data, analytics and performance insights to optimise investment decisions and continuously improve results.  

Your Talent and Skills

We are looking for an accomplished commercial leader with experience driving growth within premium consumer brands:

  • Significant commercial leadership experience within FMCG, beverage alcohol, luxury goods or premium consumer brands.
  • Proven success delivering revenue, profit and market share growth through strategic planning and distributor management.  
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand building and translating strategy into commercial results.  
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across customers, distributors and internal teams.
  • Experience using data, insights and analytics to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
  • Knowledge of beverage alcohol channels and route-to-market strategies would be advantageous.  
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.  
  • Must be based within the Los Angeles market and willing to travel throughout the territory.
