Embrace Excellence
The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for leading trade marketing execution within an assigned hero market and regional territory, ensuring national programs are successfully deployed, activated, measured, and optimized in market. The role owns market readiness, merchandising execution, activation delivery, distributor engagement, compliance, and performance reporting across priority customers, channels, and occasions. Serving as the primary trade marketing representative within their territory, the Field Marketing Manager translates national priorities into impactful local execution that drives visibility, customer engagement, and commercial results.Approximately 75% of focus is dedicated to a designated hero market, with the remaining 25% supporting priority opportunities across the broader regional territory. There is an expectation this role is out in the field OR office a minimum of 3 days a week and is working evenings when events or activations require.

Make an Impact
Market Execution Leadership
- Lead trade marketing execution across assigned markets.
- Align local activations with commercial priorities.
- Drive launch readiness and identify opportunities to improve performance.
Merchandising & Visibility
- Deliver merchandising, visibility, and POS execution across key accounts.
- Monitor compliance and identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement.
Activation & Agency Management
- Lead consumer and trade activations.
- Manage agency partners, vendors, and activation budgets to ensure effective delivery.
Distributor & Commercial Partnership
- Partner with distributors and commercial teams to drive activation success.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and support customer engagement activities.
Execution Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and trade marketing standards.
- Track performance, provide market insights, and recommend improvements.

Your Talent and Skills
- Experience in field marketing, trade marketing, customer marketing, sales, or experiential marketing.
- Experience working with distributors, agencies, customers, and commercial teams.
- Strong understanding of on-premise and off-premise activation environments.
- Experience managing agency partners, activation budgets, and execution programs.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results without direct authority.
- Beverage alcohol, hospitality, luxury goods, or consumer packaged goods experience preferred
