Embrace Excellence
The Warehousing and Logistics Analyst will provide critical decision-support analytics for the Operations team while managing day-to-day operational processes across SAP, inventory, customs, logistics, and reporting. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including 3PL and Gallery teams, to support inventory accuracy, shipment flow, customs compliance, and operational visibility. The right candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable using business systems such as SAP, PBI, and Excel to drive better operating decisions. They should also understand the commercial and financial impact of Operations and be able to translate data into actionable insights.
Make an Impact
- Maintain SKU master data, new SKU setup, and product extensions across the US and Canada
- Process SAP transactions, managing inventory, stock movements, returns, write-ons/write-offs, and warehouse adjustments
- Support PO creation, invoice posting, and P2P administration
- Track incoming shipments, update ETAs, and communicate delays or exceptions
- Manage CBMA reconciliations, refund tracking, customs processes, and annual duty reconciliations
- Complete monthly inventory reconciliations for 3PL and Gallery stock
- Maintain operational trackers, reporting dashboards (PBI), and ad hoc analysis to support decision-making
- Manage Samples App SKU listings and product lifecycle updates
- Partner with warehouse, logistics, finance, supply, and commercial teams to resolve operational issues
- Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
- Collaborate with 3PL partners on projects, inventory management, physical counts, KPI reviews, and quarterly business reviews

Your Talent and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree Or equivelant preferred, such as Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or related analytical roles; beverage/alcohol industry experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to build, maintain, and analyze reports
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
- Experience with PBI or similar reporting/visualization tools preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage recurring processes, trackers, and reconciliations independently
- Strong communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive operational needs
