The Macallan Brand Partnerships Manager will help shape the future of the world's most admired single malt Scotch whisky brand. This role is central to delivering The Macallan's ambition to become the Ultimate Luxury Spirit, leading a high-profile partnerships programme in our largest global market. Working closely with Private Client Relationship Managers and the wider marketing team, you will drive customer growth, strengthen brand presence and create exceptional luxury experiences for high-net-worth consumers.

Make an Impact

You will be responsible for building and leading The Macallan's partnerships strategy, helping to grow our private client network and elevate the brand's luxury positioning by:

  • Developing and executing The Macallan's annual partnerships strategy to recruit and engage high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.  
  • Identifying, negotiating and managing premium brand and media partnerships that align with The Macallan's luxury standards and growth ambitions.
  • Creating exceptional partnership events and experiences that enhance brand advocacy and expand private client relationships.
  • Working closely with Private Client Relationship Managers to support direct-to-consumer growth and customer acquisition objectives.
  • Bringing partnerships to life through integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Enhancing the value and experience of The Macallan Society through strategic partnership activity.
  • Strengthening The Macallan's ultra-prestige positioning across owned spaces and luxury consumer touchpoints.  
  • Leading bespoke client programmes to deliver personalised luxury experiences and exceptional service.
  • Managing partnership investment, measuring performance and identifying opportunities to maximise impact and return on investment.

Your Talent and Skills

We are looking for a commercially minded marketing professional with experience building impactful partnerships and premium brand experiences:

  • Experience in partnerships, experiential marketing, brand marketing, sponsorships, events or business development.  
  • Experience working within luxury brands, premium consumer goods, hospitality or food and beverage sectors.
  • Strong track record of delivering strategic partnerships and memorable customer experiences.
  • Experience managing external partners, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and measuring marketing performance.  
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Eligible to work in the US and willing to travel as required.
