Contract Duration: This is a contract role expecting to last approximately 9 months to cover a Modern Family Leave.

Embrace Excellence
The Regional Director, Corporate Finance will play a key leadership role in all aspect of corporate finance function for Americas region. This role will be responsible for managing all activities related to accounting, statutory reporting, treasury, procurement and internal controls to ensure financial heath and stability and robust control procedures and environment.
Make an Impact
- Oversee month end closing process and preparation of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal and external financial reporting deadlines and accuracy and compliance of month end results by conducting regular review
- Lead the year end close and audit process for both statutory and group reporting purposes
- Lead coordination of overall audit process and compliance and ensuring that internal and external audit timelines are well understood
- Lead forecasting and planning of cash flow of organization, monitor and manage the cash balance to ensure any risks are flagged early and can be resolved quickly and sufficient funding in place on time in collaboration with global treasury team and external bank
- Lead overhead spending and developing guidance for the region on appropriateness of spending. Provide tools to assist the region in understanding overhead spending with a focus on controllable costs (T&E, Meetings, Office Spending)
- Lead personnel costs budgeting and forecasting for the region with the ability to provide regular updates on the implications of personnel changes to our financial forecast
- Manage the controls and governance agenda, in conjunction with other function leads to ensure compliance to key policies and that our growth is done in a controlled and disciplined manner
- Performs final review of reported financial statements for each region and signs off on compliance requirements for the region (quarterly representations etc)
- Lead treasury function and continue challenge contributors to enhance security around cash inflows and outflows, while instituting leading practices for managing bank accounts across regions
- Liaise with tax authorities and external advisors/HQ stakeholders to ensure we remain compliant with all tax submissions and understand any risk arising from any changing regulations
- Oversee the procurement functions to ensure continued improvement on PTP process and due diligence on term and rate negotiations to drive spend efficiency
- Provides mentoring, coaching and support across the team through performance reviews and 1-1 with employees
- Acts key point person for entire region for corporate finance matters (Financial Accounting, Treasury, Credit Control, Tax, and Financial Risk Management)
Your Talent and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Finance or related field required, CPA/MBA/Masters plus
- 10+ years of related experience with proven track-record working in corporate finance
- Former controller with experience leading financial accounting process in mid-size organization
- Experience with financial accounting systems with knowledge of how to navigate systems and process transactions. Experience specifically with SAP a plus.
- Exceptional communicator with balanced approach towards issue resolution
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong leadership skills to drive strategic influencing across all levels of the organization and team leadership skills to inspire, motivate and build strong teams
- Strong track record of process implementation and transformation with a continuous improvement mindset
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a wide range of situations. Embrace change and be able to adapt external best practice to own organizational situation
