Embrace Excellence

The Pricing Analyst will be supporting the pricing team across all brands to help maximize profitability throughout the Americas (USA, Canada, Mexico, and LATAM). This role involves not just making sure pricing strategies are carried out effectively, but also working closely and cooperatively with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be confident taking initiative, and driving positive changes across the business.

Make an Impact

Day to day, you will be responsible for the following: 

  • Lead pricing review/upload process in Vistaar, ensuring SAP accuracy
  • Manage relationship with Vistaar, our pricing platform, holding monthly calls to discuss open tickets and improvements required
  • Lead the forecast and budget process, ensuring that the P&L is in line with expectations as it pertains to sales and discounting across the US, giving support to the other regions in the Americas (Canada, Mexico & LATAM)
  • Track and analyse selling cost on a monthly basis to ensure that spend is aligned with expectations
  • Build monthly pricing accruals and communicate to the wider team for booking
  • Support annual price increase analysis and work closely with the commercial team to implement across all markets, understanding the characteristics of each state while delivering excellence and 100% pricing integrity
  • Support Pricing Manager on all monthly and quarterly pricing deliverables and build pricing reports using key metrics
  • Ensure importance of pricing within the company is appropriately aligned with investment and capability

Your Talent and Skills

We’re looking for a talented professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field and solid experience in pricing or financial analysis. If you’re someone who thrives on data and detail, you’ll love this role! You’ll need advanced Excel skills and a strong grasp of Microsoft Office tools, while familiarity with Cognos, SAP, and Power BI will give you an edge.

We value creative thinkers who can drive process improvements and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working independently as well as collaborating across teams, with excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
