Embrace Excellence

We’re looking for an Operations Analyst who will be at the heart of our supply chain operations for the US and Canada. If you love working with data and thrive on keeping things running smoothly, this could be your perfect fit. You’ll make sure our reporting is spot-on, dive into inventory and allocation data, and keep communication flowing between our internal teams and external partners. In short, you’ll help us stay efficient and ahead of the game.

Make an Impact

Day to day you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop, own, and maintain recurring operational reports, including stock and Days on Hand (DOH) metrics
  • Prepare and analyze Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) inventory reports
  • Perform allocation versus shipment reconciliations and manage Canada allocation reporting
  • Identify low or excess stock levels, assess risks, and escalate issues promptly
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI
  • Share monthly forecasts with suppliers, highlighting changes and priorities
  • Enter allocation requests and maintain allocation trackers
  • Maintain transfer price and master data across Shopify, DMS, and SAP APO systems
  • Oversee Shopify and gallery inventory data and conduct bi-monthly gallery inventory counts
  • Manage DMS uploads and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting
  • Act as key user for SAP APO and provide technical maintenance for Power Applications

Your Talent and Skills

You’re someone who loves digging into data and solving problems with precision. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are a must. Organization and clear communication—both written and spoken—are second nature to you.

Ideally, you will bring previous experience in Supply Chain, Finance, or Analytics. You’re confident with Excel and data modeling, and if you’ve worked with Power BI, that’s a big plus. Knowledge of SAP is essential, and experience with the SAP APO planning module will make you stand out. We value people who work well with others, have a positive, collaborative attitude, and are always looking for ways to improve. If you can adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment, you’ll fit right in.

We’ve put together some criteria that we think is important for this role, but don’t worry if your experience and expertise isn’t an exact match. If you feel that you can add value to our role and to Edrington more broadly, we would welcome your application and be eager to learn more about you.
