Position Summary

 

The Americas is the largest region for Edrington globally, driven by the USA, which is the largest Edrington market worldwide. Led by The Macallan, the world’s most desired Single Malt Scotch Whisky and luxury spirit, Edrington Americas boasts a leading portfolio of ultra-premium spirits brands across several categories, while also charged with the focus markets for the company’s strategic partnership brands: Wyoming Whiskey, Noble Oak Whiskey, and No. 3 London Dry Gin.

 

To achieve Edrington Americas Omnichannel transformational ambition, the Digital Commerce Assistant Manager will support the Digital Commerce Manager for B2C, B2B and Retail Media in the coordination of the B2C, B2B and Retail Media channel plan, execution of campaigns, assist on digital tactics, reporting, prepare competitive analysis, evaluating against well-defined scorecard metrics and overall administrative support for the channel’s agenda.

Job Description

 

  • Assist on the B2C, B2B and Retail Media channel agenda and partnerships programming for Edrington’s Portfolio
  • Collaborating with the brand marketing team, agencies, and own team creative to brief and deliver asset needs for Digital Commerce
  • Ensuring marketing program assets are shared with our partners on a timely basis
  • Support on Digital Marketing performance (Monitor and daily auditing our portfolio activity across our partners’ websites, coordinating syndication, content, product portfolio imagery, etc)
  • Partnering with commercial, finance and supply chain teams on inventory management for allocated products
  • Support, track and optimize retail media campaigns
  • Assisting with digital advertising and programmatic campaigns
  • Consolidating Marketplaces activity, in-depth analysis of digital performance metrics, data-driven recommendations
  • Monthly campaign reporting to inform key stakeholders and support decision making
  • Work closely with brand marketing as well as multiple cross-functional teams including commercial excellence, supply chain, sales, finance, and commercial to deliver the Digital Commerce plans
  • Preparing, maintaining, and sharing the Digital Commerce program calendar
  • Monthly tracking, invoice processing and management of team budget
  • Admin Tasks support including ad hoc support to members of the e-commerce and digital team as needed including with ideation, digital campaign management, analytics, building presentations and more

Skills and Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Digital Marketing or Business major preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience working in Marketing, E-commerce or Digital
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to take on multiple projects and asks at the same time
  • A strong teammate who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Passion for consumer engagement, marketing, and e-commerce, with a professional interest in luxury brands
  • Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization
  • A doer with well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who asks and takes direction when needed and can also be relied upon to work without supervision to get the job done
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Eligible to work in the US
