Embrace Excellence
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement, supply chain, inventory, quality, and operational execution of Point of Sale materials across Edrington’s brands in the U.S. and Canada, with limited support to LATAM. The position partners closely with Trade Marketing, Brand, Commercial, Accounting, Legal/Compliance, vendors, 3PLs, and distributors to ensure POS materials are sourced, produced, delivered, tracked, and deployed on time, within budget, aligned to brand standards, and fit for market execution. The role owns POS vendor relationships, purchasing operations, last-mile delivery visibility, inventory discipline, POS platform accuracy, quality control, compliance readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives, while identifying cost savings, process efficiencies, and opportunities to strengthen merchandising effectiveness across markets.
Make an Impact
- Own end-to-end POS lifecycle (sourcing, production, logistics, delivery) for all materials, ensuring on-time market delivery aligned to activation calendars with full supply chain visibility (vendor–3PL–market)
- Manage procurement (RFQs, vendor selection, negotiation, POs); coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, warehousing, and distributor delivery; track shipments and resolve delays, damages, and shortages with full documentation
- Manage POS supplier base including onboarding, negotiations, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Own POS ordering platforms and vendor portals; ensure data accuracy and deliver reporting on orders, inventory, shipments, and performance to improve visibility
- Support budget planning and track spend; manage inventory levels, reorder points, and obsolescence risk to minimise excess stock and write-offs
- Ensure POS meets brand and quality standards through structured QC processes; manage vendor issues, reworks, and corrective actions
- Partner with Trade Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure POS is fit-for-purpose, scalable, and delivered ahead of activations; incorporate field feedback to improve execution
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain audit-ready documentation and approvals
- Identify and implement process improvements across sourcing, logistics, inventory, and reporting to enhance cost, speed, quality, compliance, and execution

Your Talent and Skills
- Extensive experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields.
- 3+ years of POS, merchandising, display, or promotional materials procurement experience; spirits, beverage, luxury, or CPG experience preferred.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, sourcing, and commercial skills.
- Experience managing production timelines, logistics coordination, inventory visibility, quality controls, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of supply chain execution, 3PL coordination, distributor delivery, inventory control, and obsolescence management.
- Ability to manage POS platform data, dashboards, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Must have proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience with vendor portals, ordering platforms, and POS management tools.
- Spanish language skills preferred.
- Experience supporting U.S., Canada, and/or LATAM markets preferred
