Your Talent and Skills

We’re looking for a dynamic leader with strong distributor management experience and a solid background in both sales and marketing. You’ll bring a deep understanding of the On/Off premise landscape, along with proven success in entrepreneurial, change‑driven environments. A strong grasp of the 3‑tier system, distributor pricing, and core marketing strategy is essential, as is the ability to coach, mentor, and communicate effectively at all levels. You’ll be confident analysing complex business issues, managing multiple stakeholders, and navigating organisational complexity with emotional intelligence. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills are a must, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with syndicated data sources such as Nielsen or IRI.
