Embrace Excellence

Reporting to the Commercial Head of GTR Americas, this role is at the heart of elevating our retail performance across the region. As a Trade Retail Executive, you will champion retail excellence—leading impactful B.A. and store staff training, strengthening selling standards, and ensuring smart, efficient stock management across key markets and Luxury Cruise Ship retail in North America and LATAM.

You’ll play a crucial role in bringing our commercial and customer marketing plans to life, partnering closely with Account Managers to deliver flawless execution in every store environment. Working hand‑in‑hand with customers and trusted third‑party agencies, you will help shape exceptional retail experiences at every touchpoint—driving consistency, quality, and brand excellence throughout the region.

Make an Impact

• Drive a luxury‑first retail model across the Americas, supporting the Commercial team in executing the channel plan and bringing the global super‑premium vision to life.

• Lead impactful product launches and retail execution, providing field insights, promoter oversight, and ROI learnings to maximise on‑shelf visibility and effectiveness.

• Build and maintain a robust commercial performance database, tracking inventory, stock health, traffic, trade feedback, and competitor activity in partnership with the Commercial Analyst.

• Cultivate strong relationships with store teams, agencies, and BAs to uncover opportunities, elevate brand visibility, and champion selling excellence through coaching and regular field visits.

• Coordinate on‑the‑ground trade activities and collaborative events, supporting Commercial and Customer Marketing teams from planning through execution.

• Partner with Brand Education to develop, tailor, and evaluate training programmes, ensuring BAs deliver consistent, world‑class brand representation.

Your Talent and Skills

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally bring fluency in English, both written and spoken, with Spanish considered a plus, along with a BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience. You should have experience in retail management or trade marketing within consumer goods, supported by strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of sales operations. Confident analytical skills are essential, enabling you to interpret data and communicate insights effectively. You will need excellent stakeholder‑management capabilities, proven ability to collaborate across teams, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Success in this role also involves delivering against annual targets and KPIs, achieving mid‑ and long‑term milestones across activations, trainings, visibility, and trade engagement, and contributing forward‑thinking, strategic perspectives that support sustainable growth. You should be able to foster positive, collaborative team dynamics, demonstrate effective people leadership across internal teams and BAs, and continuously seek improvement through feedback and reflective learning.

We’ve put together some criteria that we think is important for this role, but don’t worry if your experience and expertise isn’t an exact match. If you feel that you can add value to our role and to Edrington more broadly, we would welcome your application and be eager to learn more about you.

Applications close 13th April 2026
