The Market Lead is the commercial face of the brand in the market. A recognized leader in execution and interaction with customers by embodying Edrington’s commercial excellence principles and luxury behaviors.The Market Lead is a dedicated, passionate brand champion, embodying the essence of the brand, with the goal to help make the Edrington Portfolio a leader in the ultra-premium sector. The Market Lead will be primarily focused in the Off-Premise channel, and will spearhead building brand awareness and relevancy in the market through their trade and consumer engagement. Accountable for market execution of brand education platforms, brand sponsored events, building trade relationships, developing a network of influencers, as well as partnerships with local area luxury lifestyle brands. This position will work together with the local distributor network to drive business volumetrically, as well as increase distribution within each of their target accounts. This position is for a self-starter, someone who is highly driven to succeed, and enjoys going the extra mile to achieve results.
The Market lead is the commercial face of the brand and responsible for the delivery of both the commercial and brand objectives for their market, and the execution of our brands’ activation plans in top accounts.

Make an Impact
Key Account & Market Development
- Focus primarily on key account management (90%) while overseeing distributor partnerships (10%).
- Build strong relationships across target accounts, driving distribution, visibility, and growth within key channels.
- Partner with distributors and local commercial teams to maximise account development, execute call cycles, and optimise e-commerce opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Area Managers, monitor market trends, and capture all activity and insights through Aforza.
Brand Development
- Serve as the local brand representative to trade partners, collectors, influencers, and consumers.
- Deliver trade and consumer activations aligned to brand strategy in partnership with Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Identify and develop high-value target accounts, expanding visibility, distribution, and consumer recruitment opportunities.
- Build influential local networks that strengthen brand advocacy and engagement.
Budgeting & Reporting
- Manage travel, entertainment, and activation budgets effectively.
- Provide regular reporting on activities, insights, competitor performance, and results against targets.
- Maintain accurate records of market activity, execution, and outcomes within Aforza.

Your Talent and Skills
Experience with premium/luxury brand building and/or commercial capabilities:
- Passion for ultra-premium spirits (Rum, Scotch, Bourbon, Tequila)
- Motivated self-starter, articulate, charismatic, polished, and professional
- Exceptional organizational & event production/management skills
- Adept at networking, selling, and interacting with diverse groups of people
- Strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills
- Use of social media (Facebook, Instagram) & technology
- Ability to work independently, manage a personal schedule, think creatively
- Role requires evening and weekend coverage – it is a full-time role with non-standard hours
- Must reside in Miami or Fort Lauderdale
- Valid driver’s license
