Embrace Excellence

Reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager, GTR Americas, the Customer Marketing Assistant will play a key role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives across the Americas region. Working closely with Global Travel Retail (GTR) Central and Customer Marketing teams, Commercial Managers, and Regional and Domestic Marketing teams, you will help bring innovative campaigns and product launches to life. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the planning and execution of in-market marketing programmes, ensuring activities are delivered effectively and support commercial growth across the region.

 

Please note this is a 6 months FTC 

Make an Impact

  • Support the successful launch and activation of new products by providing market insights, coordinating field execution, and tracking campaign performance. 
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners and store teams to identify opportunities that enhance brand visibility and drive sales. 
  • Deliver outstanding retail execution across all promotional activities, permanent displays, and in-store visibility initiatives. 
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing activations, capturing insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns. 
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Marketing and Commercial teams, including purchase orders, invoice processing, reporting, and POSM inventory management. 
  • Support the delivery of growth initiatives across Brazil, including airport and border retail channels. 
  • Help plan and execute customer and consumer events, taking a lead role in coordinating activities and ensuring flawless delivery. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative marketing programmes and customer experiences to life.

Your Talent and Skills

 

  • Experience in a marketing, customer marketing, trade marketing, sales support, or commercial role, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, luxury, or premium brands. 
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. 
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analytical capability, with confidence interpreting data and insights to support marketing decisions and measure performance. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners. 
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, customer activations, events, or retail initiatives. 
  • Good commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing activities drive brand and business performance. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 
  • Fluency in English; Spanish language skills would be advantageous. 
  • Willingness to travel across the Americas region as required.
