You'll play a vital role in supporting the Annual Tax Return and monthly reports, providing valuable information to our tax consultants, and assisting with internal data analysis. Plus, you'll be the friendly point of contact for our employee car lease, collaborating closely with the car lease company and making sure everything runs smoothly. You'll also help our employees with their tools, like cell phones and gas cards, while streamlining our vendor agreements. On the HR side, you'll support employee agreements, manage any incidents that come up, and assist with welcoming new hires and helping with the exit process. It's a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in our team!
Make an Impact
Day to day, you will be responsible for the following:
- Payroll Accounting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Reporting monthly tax returns

Your Talent and Skills
We're looking for someone with experience in a payroll roe, and ideally have worked with ADP. Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP, is preferred.
You should be comfortable with Excel and Office at an intermediate to advanced level (Pivot tables and Vlookups), and have at least intermediate English skills due to the global nature of our business. A strong orientation to internal controls and good communication skills are essential.
We're seeking a self-starter who can work independently but knows when to elevate questions or concerns. Being highly organized with strong attention to detail is crucial, as is being discreet and orderly. Analytical skills, proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork are also important qualities we're looking for.
