Position Summary

The PCRM Assistant for Mexico City shares responsibility for the day-to-day running, strategy implementation and performance of the Mexico Private Clients channel. The channel accounts for 30% of Mexico’s revenue. To execute the activities that help The Boutique to achieve its goals.

To maximize the boutique’s performance according to the brand’s goals in order to achieve the targeted results.

To leverage The Macallan brand awareness through enhancing its exclusiveness and perfection.

To deliver an ultimate luxury experience to every potential consumer.

The candidate should have experience working and dealing with High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) in the Mexican market & relationship management. Knowledge of how to identify, reach, and engage Mexico’s High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) population is needed.

As a prestige and luxury branded business, the PCRM assistant needs to have a background in brand building for high-end luxury brands or family office relationship management and commercial development targets.

Job Description

  • Execute the local strategy to accelerate acquisition of HNWI and step change how we engage and manage our clients
  • Work with the DTC teams to implement the global Private Client Relationship Management model in Mexico
  • Develop a strategy to engage HNWI at auctions, and via corporate and brand partnerships
  • Achieve the boutiques yearly sales target.
  • Managing boutique resources accurately.
  • Knowing KPI’s and sales figures in order to achieve the brand equity plan.
  • Managing the product stock accurately.
  • Attending each consumer’s request.
  • Delivering an ultimate sales experience.
  • Ensuring the boutique security.
  • Helping on executing the monthly action plans towards achieving the established results.
  • Executing the correct consumer’s recruitment.
  • Executing the correct CRM strategies.
  • Fostering the brand awareness through building long term relationships
  • Establishing and develop on going relationships to HNWI, Collectors and VIP.
  • Managing the correct POS procedures.

Luxury Mindset and Brand Building

  • Responsible for delivering the highest standard of brand communication and experience across all touchpoints with HNWI
  • Continually strive for perfection in the execution of our local brand building events
  • Lead the management of HNWI and customer relationships under a luxury concierge mindset
  • Foster high levels of collaboration across the multi-functional teams, principally marketing & supply chain, critical to contribute to the channel’s development and success
  • Drive and achieve both the short and long-term commercial targets, principally revenue, contribution, and customer acquisition targets
  • Ensure commercial results are delivered in line with individual brand strategies
  • Build a luxury mindset and culture, developing our teams in HNWI relationship building and management
  • Build talent through continuous coaching and foster a learning culture for all, ensuring appropriate personal development plans are in place for all employees
  • Ensure alignment and delivery of work with regular team meetings to discuss performance and priorities

Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with the dynamics and levers to develop a successful Business-to-Consumer sales channel would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Mexican  UHNWI population and clientele is a must
  • An understanding of brand strategy, the luxury industry and the levers that drive both
  • Leadership experience and the ability to develop and motivate a team
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with delivering commercial results
  • Target-driven and results focused
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, written & verbal, ideally with previous international exposure
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced and changing consumer environment
  • Comfortable working with new technologies
  • A passion for Edrington’s brands
  • Fluency in English language is essential
