The Supply Planning Specialist is responsible for leading the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across Mexico and LATAM, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and business priorities. The role partners closely with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, UK Operations, and Production teams to optimize product availability, support financial objectives, and drive operational performance. Through cross-functional collaboration, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement, the role enables effective decision-making, mitigates supply risks, and ensures the successful execution of regional business plans.

Make an Impact

  • Lead the S&OP process across Mexico and LATAM, driving demand reviews, forecast alignment, and monthly submissions.
  • Manage supply allocation, production requirements, and order releases to optimise product availability and business priorities.
  • Monitor inventory performance, leading reviews of stock health, ageing, slow movers, damaged stock, and continuity plans.
  •   Partner with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, UK Operations, and Production teams to align plans, manage risks, and support decision-making.
  • Assess operational and financial impacts of inventory, shipments, duty-paid stock, and cash flow, providing recommendations to improve performance.
  •   Coordinate month-end planning activities, including stock reconciliation, allocation reviews, shipment validation, and reporting.
  • Produce and present supply chain KPIs, performance insights, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead NPD planning, product launches, SKU lifecycle management, and market readiness activities.
  • Maintain planning master data, SKU governance, and Material Master Data processes, including PER.
  •  Communicate key planning updates on shipments, production status, allocations, and supply constraints.
  • Support quality issue resolution, customer complaints, and service continuity with UK Operations and Production teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning effectiveness, controls, and forecast accuracy.
  • Maintain operating procedures, compliance standards, and data integrity across planning processes.
  •  Build strong cross-functional relationships, providing leadership and data-driven recommendations to support business objectives across Mexico and LATAM.

Your Talent and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivelant 
  • Strong Supply Chain experience, with preference in the Spirits Industry
  • High degree of proficiency in Excel, required
  • Experience using SAP, preferred
  • Experience using PowerBI is a plus
  • Ability to analyse complex business issues and make decisions that drive the company’s success
  • Ability to work independently and remain focused in a dynamic working environment
  • An understanding of business context and to proactively generate innovation
  • Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization
  • English proficiency level, required
