The role involves identifying and recruiting new venues, segmenting them correctly, and eliminating those that have lost relevance. It requires building early relationships with trend-setting customers and staying ahead of industry trends. Additionally, the role demands being a reliable source of information for the team regarding consumer behavior and legal restrictions.

 

Success is measured by recruiting new consumers, encouraging migration to premium variants, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role also includes identifying potential consumers to grow the base of collectors for high-end product purchases. Time allocation includes engaging with commercial partners, key clients, and consumers, as well as acting as a brand specialist with staff.

  • Identify and recruit new venues: The role involves identifying and recruiting new venues, segmenting them correctly according to their proposal, and eliminating those that have lost relevance over time. This requires a keen understanding of market trends and the ability to discern which venues will be beneficial for the company's growth
  • Maintain an external focus and build early relationships: To achieve success, it is crucial to maintain an external focus and build early relationships with trend-setting customers. This involves staying ahead of industry trends and establishing connections with key players who can influence the market
  • Be a source of information for the team: The role demands being a reliable source of information for the rest of the team regarding what is happening with consumers. This includes identifying changes in consumption patterns, monitoring legal restrictions affecting sales, and recognizing key figures who can impact the industry
  • Have complete control over the execution level of the venues: It is essential to have total control over the execution level of the venues being managed. The goal is to execute the "picture of success" and measure results effectively
  • Measure success: The success of this role will be determined by the capacity to recruit new consumers, generate migration of current consumers to more premium variants, and keep customers satisfied with the value created for their business. This requires a strategic approach and continuous evaluation of performance metrics
  • Grow the base of collectors: As a result of the close relationship with the venues, potential consumers who can be added to our base of collectors must be identified. These individuals will be able to make purchases of high-end products through DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) or any of our wholesalers
  • Time Share: 10% of the time with our commercial partners (Distributors for the On Trade), 70% directly engaging with our key clients and consumers, assuring a flawless execution of our portfolio plans and 20% as brand Specialist with staff (Education and incentive)

  • College Degree Required
  • Background in hospitality is a plus
  • Excellent oral presentation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to consistently conduct oneself in an ethical and professional manner
  • Computer proficiency required in MS Office products
  • Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms
  • Positive attitude and out-going team player
  • Passionate about achieving the highest standards of execution
