Our Craft
Edrington’s vision is to give more by crafting exceptional ultra-premium spirit brands. The Macallan is our central focus, supported by Highland Park and The Glenrothes in the single malt category. Our portfolio is completed with Brugal rum from the Dominican Republic, Wyoming Whiskey in the American Whiskey category and Valdespino sherry from Jerez in Spain. Edrington also has a strategic partnership with No.3 London Dry Gin.
Our principal shareholder is a charitable trust, so we were built to make a world of difference. Discover a place where values define our culture. The home of exceptional brands, where people and teams thrive.

Embrace Excellence
The Account Manager at Edrington leads the relationship with accounts and builds value propositions for the client, the consumer, and Edrington. To achieve this, they must ensure execution levels meet luxury standards and mobilize both internal and external teams (Clients and agencies).
Make an Impact
- Identify and recruit new clients: We have strong consumer-facing brands that lack the distribution levels they deserve. New recruits must align with our value-generation model that sets the company apart.
- Maintain an external focus: Macallan Single Malts hold a strong leadership position in the Mexican market. To continue growing, we must recruit from other categories. This requires understanding consumption patterns in new occasions, changes in RTM, etc. Commercial routines should provide visibility into what’s happening inside and outside the luxury industry (beyond spirits).
- Have complete control over execution: Competition is increasingly active, and execution with luxury standards must clearly show that our brands offer more value to the consumer. Each type of venue will require different execution levels based on its strategic relevance.
- Measure success & join business planning: Must be capable of building long-term strategic plans with clients, defining joint metrics, prioritizing finite resources, and holding regular meetings to make adjustments that help us reach targets.
- Forecasting: Must understand category trends across channels, assess the impact of past building blocks, clarify the effect of new growth drivers, and determine optimal inventory levels by business type. Our portfolio is 100% imported, and predictability is key to avoiding stockouts.
- Internal & external mobilizer: Must understand internal structures and WOW (ways of working) both within Edrington and with clients. Operating in a challenging market like Mexico requires agility. Clear communication of outcomes, process simplification, and anticipation are key differentiators.
