Embrace Excellence

The Accounting Analyst for Mexico and Latam supports the Accounting Operations ensuring all manual journal entries are correctly posted based on the review of the main processes of the Accounting providing insights, flags, corrections, etc. The role is the main bookkeeper for all manual journal entries playing an important role with the reasonableness, transparency and accuracy of the financial information ensuring the Balance Sheet Reconciliations. The position is the key internal control champion of the PTP process.

Make an Impact

  • SPOC for all the accounting manual journal entries
  • Support to the Accounting Manager
  • A&P accrual management for Mexico and Latam
  •  T&E Reports on monthly basis for Mexico and Latam comparing vs Budget
  • Responsible of the T&E process monitoring after the Share Service Center Implementation
  • Responsible of the record and review of the Out of Pockets
  • Delivery of the payment support to the vendors
  •  Ensure electronic payment complement is received from vendors (electronic invoice payments)
  • SCPO with the SSC related to PTP process
  • Ensure compliance for the new vendors: support documentation throughout due diligence process KY3P and one time vendor process with corresponding back up.
  • Ensure the compliance relate to any change of a Bank account request
  • Ensure Internal control related to PTP process
  • Logistic expense breakdown
  • External audit support

Your Talent and Skills

  • Accountant Degree or equivelant qualifications 
  • Professional experience in similar role
  • Desired experience using ERP systems / SAP preferred
  • Intermedium-advanced Excel and Office
  • Intermedium English
  • Strong orientation to Internal Controls
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Highly order and discretional oriented
  • Analysis skills
