This is a highly influential role where you will manage your own SOE and P&L, while driving the development, training, and performance of your team.
Make an Impact
Day to day you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead The Macallan and Edrington brands to become the preferred luxury spirits partner in the On-Trade
- Directly manage the London On-Trade team and National MO Head, ensuring capability development through infield coaching, clear communication, and strong personal development plans
- Deliver channel KPIs, P&L goals, and the 0+12 plan through effective execution of distribution, activation and ROS strategies
- Build strong relationships with key On Trade customers, internal stakeholders, and route to market partners
- Maintain an effective customer contact strategy and oversee regular performance reviews

Your Talent and Skills
You’re an experienced commercial manager with a proven track record of building and managing key partnerships. You know the UK luxury drinks market inside and out—both on-trade and off-trade—and you bring great commercial awareness to everything you do. On top of that, you understand consumer behavior and premium brand building, and you have the interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to inspire confidence both internally and externally.
Leading and motivating high-performing, cross-functional teams is second nature to you, and you’re just as comfortable working independently with pace and integrity. You’ve coached and developed others successfully, and you thrive on driving results with a proactive, action-oriented approach. Numbers and data don’t intimidate you—in fact, you’re curious about them—and you’re proficient with CRM tools.
We’ve put together some criteria that we think is important for this role, but don’t worry if your experience and expertise isn’t an exact match. If you feel that you can add value to our role and to Edrington more broadly, we would welcome your application and be eager to learn more about you.
