Embrace Excellence

We’re looking for a dynamic Prestige On‑Trade KAM to take ownership of relationships with some of our most strategically important customers. Working closely with internal partners, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving distribution, visibility, activation, and profitability across our portfolio, ensuring every action aligns with our brand strategies.

In this role, you’ll bring exceptional motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and the confidence to influence key stakeholders representing our category‑leading brands. Your attention to detail will ensure flawless execution across every touchpoint, while your ability to navigate a fast‑moving market will help you anticipate trends and stay ahead of the curve.  You’ll take a value‑led approach to sales and be driven by the opportunity to make a significant impact in one of the most influential areas of our business.

Make an Impact

Day to day you will be responsible for the following: 

  • Lead customer relationships to deliver key KPIs, financial and brand objectives, driving profitability through distribution, activation and increased rate of sale
  • Take full ownership of your region’s commercial performance, including P&L, GC and targets
  • Ensure focus on the right Prestige outlets and stakeholders, holding accountability for results
  • Deliver the commercial P&L and continuously monitor performance to identify opportunities and mitigate risks, as well as develop and execute strategic Prestige account plans with category insights and customer marketing teams
  • Keep Prestige customers at the centre of all actions, aligning activity to their priorities and maintain a strong presence in the On‑Trade to understand customer and consumer behaviour
  • Maintain accurate reporting and ensure all key data is captured across systems and use Salesforce and other insights to track progress, highlight opportunities and inform decision‑making

Robust financial proficiency, coupled with excellent administrative and organisational abilities, will be key to managing the demands of this role. You’ll champion the customer experience, display curiosity, and take ownership while demonstrating leadership in your area of responsibility.
