Embrace Excellence

This position acts as the first point of contact for visitors to the Edrington India office either in person through reception or over the telephone.  The role holder will be an Edrington ambassador by delivering an exceptional office coordination services to all visitors, guests and colleagues arriving and departing the office.   

The role holder will also support the HR Advisor and Compliance Officer in providing HR and administration service for Edrington India. Based in Gurgaon, the role reports to the Compliance Officer with a dotted line to the HR Advisor, based in Dubai.  

The role will predominantly support office administrative tasks such as event coordination, managing the visitor log and note taking during leadership team meetings however, the role will also be the first point of contact for India-related HR queries and support the HR Advisor in ensuring all HR processes are fully compliant with India employment laws and local regulations.   

Make an Impact

  • Act as Front of House lead, managing visitors, reception activity, office facilities, meeting rooms, travel support, events, and overall workplace experience.
  • Coordinate office administration and records, including databases, deliveries, invoicing, stationery, catering, and general operational support.
  • Provide administrative support to HR and senior leadership, including diary management, expenses, note‑taking, and deputising for the HR Advisor when required.
  • Maintain accurate HR systems and employee records (including Employee Central), ensuring data privacy, governance, and quality standards are met.
  • Support India HR and labour compliance, maintaining statutory documentation, filing returns, supporting inspections, and liaising with authorities.
  • Assist with employment lifecycle administration, including onboarding documentation, payroll inputs, benefits queries, and compliant exit processes.
  • Support HR policy administration and local compliance reviews, ensuring alignment with Central and State legislation in India.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing, DE&I, Giving More initiatives, and local learning and development activities.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting recruitment for junior roles and effective day‑to‑day HR operations.

Your Talent and Skills

We’re looking for a confident and highly organised Office Coordinator with experience in a customer‑focused environment and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and attention to detail. You’ll be a strong communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, and able to take ownership of tasks while maintaining a professional, helpful, and polished approach. Experience supporting HR systems or carrying out basic HR administration is important, with any knowledge of Indian employment or compliance legislation an advantage. Above all, you’ll have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the discretion required to handle sensitive information.
