Embrace Excellence
EMEIA is a fast paced and varied region covering Europe, Middle East, India and Africa with a mixture of LOCs, third parties and JVs. We are responsible for the sale and distribution of 1m cases per year across our brands and selected third party brands.
Make an Impact
Reporting to the EMEIA Supply Chain Manager the key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for regional allocation management - including monthly meetings with sub regional teams and business units. Processing and coordination of all allocation requests in SharePoint and regional trackers
- Sustainability reporting – creation and implementation of required reports to support business needs and expectations
- Forecast and supply Reporting – including inventory, shipments and forecast analysis
- Creation of BI reports – including inventory reporting and O&R analysis
- Supporting monthly CBP process – pre meeting analysis, presenting at monthly meeting
- Supporting EMEIA Supply Chain Manager with general supply chain questions and queries for sub region and BUs.
- Creating strong working relationship with key stakeholders within the business
Your Talent and Skills
To be successful in this role, you have…
- Experience and knowledge of Demand and Supply Planning
- Comfortable working with numbers and analysis of data
- Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and demeanour
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and the ability to adjust communication and behaviours to various situations
- SAP knowledge
- Experience of SAP APO DP and SAP APO SNP planning module
- Preferable knowledge of SAP ECC (SD, MM, MRP master data, etc.)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – including Power BI
- Continuous improvement skills and appetite to challenge the status quo
- End-to-end Global Supply Chain knowledge
- Ability to work in a cross functional environment, including commercial, marketing, finance and central functions
